The headlines continue regarding the supply of water, or lack thereof, in California. As reported by the Associated Press in the Union Tribune, "In 2022 California water agencies that serve 27 million residents and 750,000 acres of farmland won't get any of the water requested other than what is needed for critical health and safety." What this means? This is the earliest date the CA Dept of Water Resources has issued a zero percent water allocation. Noted in the article "if conditions continue to be this dry, we will see mandatory water restrictions..."
