Colorado River Historic Agreement - IPHROS Blueprint?

Announced May 22, California, Nevada and Arizona reached a historic agreement to use less water from the Colorado River over the next three years. The well documented and intensely negotiated agreement is a useful blueprint for IPHROS implementation. An IPHROS installation on Camp Pendleton, managed by DOD and DOE and located on the California coast, will likely require the same negotiation intensity and will to implement when drought returns. Clean water, energy storage, and skilled jobs by combining two proven commercial operations are strategic to EV growth, water resilience, and economic impact in California.
